Following the Ground Breaking Celebration the TDL Board signed the construction contracts so that the real digging can begin. Our community is anxiously awaiting the arrival of the big equipment and the hot construction guys. (They are building in summer you know!)

It was a beautiful day when over 85 people gathered on the new library lots to celebrate the official Ground Breaking. Not a bulldozer or crane, but it was still exciting to see the construction trailer for Elmridge Construction move onto the empty library lots Summerfest weekend. It added a feeling of expectancy that we hope everyone felt as library staff & board members passed out book-bags for the Summerfest parade.
